There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.  Once the products are shipped, we are no longer responsible for the items.  We are sorry for this inconvenience.  All orders are inspected before shipment, but purchase merchandise at your own risk.  If there are any problems before shipment, Angeli will contact you.
