Why did you change your name?

Although I (and many of my beloved customers) loved and still continue to love my previous name, Janelle's Bow Bank, because of it's catchy ring, I felt that I needed to move towards something more simple, classy, and elegant.  And let me tell you, it took lots of thought and name-scrapping for me to finally choose my new name because it is essentially "forever."  I don't want to be obligated to have only bow merchandise for the rest of this business's life because that's what my old name seemed to entail in my opinion.  I want to expand into other things (while, of course, keeping my precious bows) in the future that won't necessarily be completely bow affiliated.  Honestly, it was one of the most difficult decisions in this process for me, changing the name, because it's the name that I started the business out with -- sentimental reasons you could say.  It may sound quite odd, but I don't think I'll ever fully recover from this choice, hhahah.  It's very bittersweet.  Janelle's Bow Bank will always be part of the business name in spirit and that's what all my first customers will hopefully remember it as. #jbb4lyfe

Why did you choose to re-name the business "Angeli"?

Like I previously said, it took lots of thought and even more internal conflict.  Also there was the fact that I didn't want a bow associated name.  After weeding out all the unworthy candidates, I chose the one that I actually didn't think over too much: Angeli.  You may be wondering what it means.  Angeli is actually my middle name...or one of them depending on how you look at my name (JASA).  I thought it was somewhat unique, quite simple, and elegant by nature.  And it was me!  Literally...it's part of me, heheh.  

How do you pronounce "Angeli"?

How did you start the business?

Short story: I decided to make some DIY bows just for kicks one afternoon and then posted it onto my Instagram/Facebook like the trendy person that I am (I'm totally kidding...) and people started commenting on the photos asking how much the bows were and that they would be willing to buy some from me.  I didn't think much of it but then this and that happened and BOOM!  The next day I was getting supplies and cranking them out.  I started my selling them on my personal Facebook account and quickly started a Facebook Page to sell bows and communicate with people I didn't even know who wanted my them!  Now I'm here with a website and it's so surreal to me.  I'm no big shot by any means, but it's an amazing personal accomplishment for me at this point in my life.  I would definitely not be doing this and this website would not be up without all the support that I have received from everyone!

Why are the prices all whack?

Due to personal ignorance and whatnot, the short story is that there is already tax included on all the prices!  All of my stuff ranges from $0.99-$4.99 (minus bow ties) but it looks funky because there is an 8% tax which is the tax value where I'm from. Therefore, tax is not added at the checkout since it is already included, just shipping!

I can't find the bow that I saw yesterday!  Where is it?  Will you have more?

My inventory is always changing and never stagnant.  Once a bow is bought, there is no guarantee that it will be back in stock. 

How long does it take to ship the bows?

I have to wait to make sure that the payments are confirmed on PayPal before shipping it out for obvious reason, but as soon as that is set, your shipment will be out the next day!  So, in short, it varies.  There is no definite answer.  For the most part, the transactions are pretty fast, so that shouldn't be a problem.  If there is a problem with your transaction, I will contact you ASAP.

Ideally, I want to ship orders out the day after it is is ordered, but as a full time student, it is not always possible.  Max: Every day - Every other day.  Min: Once a week.

What is "The J Collection"?

This is a collection of bows that are especially made by me.  I started out the business with all hand made bows and would like to continue that (at least to a certain extent).

I want a bow tie!
